At Remal, we are committed to offering refined silver jewelry crafted with care and quality.

Due to the nature of jewelry and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at AlRemalAldhabia@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the item. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In original packaging

• Reported within 48 hours of delivery

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
